Thermometer purchase
I just bought a digital thermometer from this company, and I gotta tell you, I'm pretty let down by their customer support. When I ran into a problem with the thermometer, I tried hitting up their support team through email a bunch of times, but no one ever got back to me. I'm feeling pretty annoyed and disappointed with how they've handled things.
