I bought some jewelry at this store not too long ago and it didn't go so well. Ordering was a hassle - I had to wait forever for my stuff to show up. Plus, when I tried to ask about the delay, customer service totally ghosted me. Then, on top of all that, one of the items I wanted wasn't even in stock, but they charged me for it anyway. The total lack of communication and messing up my bill really left a bad impression on me. I don't think I'll be shopping here again anytime soon.
