I've always had great experiences ordering from this company. The bracelets are adorable and I love that they come in a cute drawstring bag with custom gift tags. The packaging is always solid, so everything arrives perfectly. I've even sent gifts from here twice, and both times the recipients loved them.
My only small issue is that I wish they had an option to see prices in Canadian dollars and check stock in Canada. But that's just a minor thing, not a big deal. Despite that, my orders have always been on time with no problems.Jewelry

Deceptive pricing tactics
I had a bad experience with the prices at checkout being deceptive on sale and clearance items. The prices were different at checkout and Customer Service initially denied the issue until I pushed back. They said that I couldn't order sale and clearance items together at the sale price, but that just doesn't make sense to me. I recommended doing two separate orders, but they wouldn't go for it, so I ended up canceling my order out of frustration. It definitely seems like a shady practice and almost like a scam. Just a heads up to watch out for their tricky pricing tactics!
Bracelet purchase
I had a pretty bad experience with the bracelet I bought recently. I ordered a bunch of them back in December, but they never showed up. They emailed me saying they were out of stock and would give me a refund, but didn't offer to send me anything else in return. They also promised to ship the rest of my order with priority, but those never came either. I was just left feeling really annoyed and unhappy with how everything went down. I've had way better luck with brands like Pandora. All in all, it was a big letdown and definitely not how good customer service should be.
Overpriced bracelet
After I bought this super expensive bracelet, I was so bummed out when the charms just kept falling off out of nowhere. And to top it off, the coating on the bracelet was all tarnished and coming off, so I couldn't even wear it. It was definitely not as good quality as I thought it would be for how much I spent on it. My advice: don't waste your money, go find something better somewhere else.
Canceling orders without notice
The store keeps canceling my orders long after I placed them, saying they're out of stock. This has happened multiple times and it's really frustrating. The customer service is not great, just sending a standard email. It's a waste of time and I'm so disappointed.
Silver bracelet purchase
I picked up this silver bracelet thinking it looked pretty cool. But man, once I put it on, I realized it was super stiff and hard - not comfy at all. The charms were decent, but the metal quality was just ok. I could totally tell it was made with cheap metal. I definitely won't be buying this again; I can find much better ones on other sites for way less money. Save your cash and skip these bracelets!

I ordered a bracelet back on November 26th and was really looking forward to getting it. I got a notification with a tracking number on November 27th, but by December 17th, I still hadn't seen any updates on the shipping. I tried contacting customer service to get some answers, but I didn't hear back from them. Then out of nowhere on December 18th, just a week before Christmas, I got a notification saying my order had been refunded. It was super frustrating and disappointing to have the order cancelled without any communication.
Bracelet Gift Purchase
I ordered some bracelets to give as gifts and even paid extra for faster shipping, but to my surprise, the order wasn't even processed until the day it was supposed to be delivered. As you can imagine, this caused a pretty big delay. I was really let down by the whole situation. They really dropped the ball on efficiency and keeping me in the loop about my order. Moving forward, I'll definitely be exploring other places to shop for similar items.

I got this bracelet with an army charm, but man, within a week, the charm fell off and the bracelet started looking all tarnished, like it lost its gold shine and turned to brass. I got it while I was on vacation, at a store in St. Augustine, and the salesperson there told me it wouldn't tarnish. I was so let down by the poor quality of the bracelet and the wrong info they gave me. I ain't gonna buy anything from this brand again, that's for sure.

I recently bought a bracelet and necklace set from this company, and man, what a letdown. I ordered it on May 1st, and the tracking info hasn't budged since May 5th. Supposed to get it on the 10th, but now who knows when it'll show up. The lack of updates and communication is driving me crazy. Seeing all those bad reviews online with the same problem has me second-guessing my choice to buy from here. And their customer service is MIA, not helping at all. I bought this birthstone ring back in November and I was so bummed when one of the stones fell out already. I feel like for the price I paid, the quality should have been way better.
