The booking went smoothly, and I got a confirmation email with all the info I needed right after I finished the transaction. All in all, I was happy with the online platform's service.

Bracelet purchase
I had a pretty bad experience with the bracelet I bought recently. I ordered a bunch of them back in December, but they never showed up. They emailed me saying they were out of stock and would give me a refund, but didn't offer to send me anything else in return. They also promised to ship the rest of my order with priority, but those never came either. I was just left feeling really annoyed and unhappy with how everything went down. I've had way better luck with brands like Pandora. All in all, it was a big letdown and definitely not how good customer service should be.

Allergy-friendly dog food
The allergy-friendly dog food I got from this service didn't really do anything for my Beagle's allergies. She's always hungry and looking for more food than the plan allows. But I gotta say, the variety of food is pretty good and they usually deliver on time. The only downside is that it's a little steep for me at $100 a month.

there was a dll error constantly showing up when I was using my computer so I turned to outbyte helpdesk to seek advice on that. It took 2 separate sessions for them to fix the problem and the error went away, good job I say!
