Asked about upgrading a previous purchase
So, I was looking to upgrade my old thing, you know? And they were like, "Nope, even if it's discounted you still gotta drop some serious cash for the upgrade." But then I was all, "Alright, then prove it to me!" And they were acting all shady, wouldn't give me the details in writing, just pointed me to some vague website info. What are they trying to hide, huh? Feels like I'm getting scammed or something. I just want some transparency and honesty.
