Delayed order with no response from customer service
I bought something not too long ago and I'm pretty bummed about how it's all turning out. I placed my order about a month ago and was promised it would get here by a specific date. But now it looks like I won't be getting it until March 2020. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times through email and phone calls, but I haven't heard back from them at all. The fact that they're not communicating with me and didn't keep their promise on delivery time has really ticked me off and left me feeling let down about my purchase.
