Billing problem assistance, subscription extension, and activation help
My experience with the customer service at this place was fantastic. Mia really came through for me when I had a billing issue, she fixed it right away and even gave me an extension on my subscription. Then Jake took over and walked me through activating my subscription, despite all the different windows and me being confused. Both Mia and Jake really knew their stuff and did an awesome job, going above and beyond to help me out. This is what good customer service is all about – quick, helpful, and focused on making sure the customer is taken care of.

Eco-friendly clothing and accessories purchase
I wasn't sure about giving this company a shot at first, but I was really impressed by how nice their eco-friendly clothes and accessories are. The fabric felt super soft on my skin and you can tell that they put a lot of effort into making it. Not to mention, the customer service was amazing, they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I feel so comfy and trendy in my new sustainable wardrobe, I'm definitely going to come back and shop here again.
