    Online registration experience

    My experience with the online registration process was super frustrating and just really disappointing. So, basically, there was this pop-up that told me to fill out a registration form for my product. But when I tried to enter my serial number, it just wouldn't go through. Spent a whole hour trying to figure it out by myself, but no luck. Finally decided to chat with a rep online for help. They tried their best, but still couldn't fix it. Then they told me I'd have to talk to a technician and they charged me a dollar for that service. But get this - when I filled out the credit card form, they ended up charging me $46 instead of the $1 they promised. Like, what the heck! That really got me worried about whether this company is being honest, you know? And then I had to go through the hassle of cancelling my credit card and reporting possible fraud. Just overall left me with a bad feeling about ever wanting to deal with this company again, you know?
