Two items bought online
I bought two things online not too long ago, and let me tell you - the customer service was a major letdown. It took a whole six months for them to finally charge my bank account, and when they did, it was way more than what I was originally told. It's not cool at all, it's almost like they're trying to scam me. I've been sending them emails trying to sort this out, but no luck. If they keep ignoring me, I'll definitely get a lawyer involved.
