Sunglasses purchase nightmare
Let me tell you about the disaster that was my recent purchase from this company. First off, ordering was a nightmare. There was no tracking info for days, and when it finally showed up, the package was all over Florida before getting to me. It went from Orlando to Clearwater, then Seminole, back to Clearwater, then Seminole again, and somehow ended up in Jacksonville. I mean, I live in Clearwater! It was so frustrating and ridiculous. Customer service didn't help at all, no real solutions or explanations for the delivery mess. The whole thing was a disaster and I'm never ordering from them again.
