I just got myself a smoker and some extra stuff to go with it, and let me tell you, I'm super happy with the purchase. It came right on schedule, just like they said, and it was even better quality than I thought. If you like to do easy smoking where you can just set it and forget it with really accurate temp control, this smoker is the way to go. I've already used it to smoke a turkey, and it came out so juicy and tender. Plus, I did a brisket flat in just four hours that was super flavorful, juicy, and cooked just right.
