Wallet accessory replacement
I bought a wallet from a different store a while back, and I lost one of the things that came with it. But the store had closed down, so I couldn't ask them for a replacement. I reached out to Ekster to see if they could help, and I was pleasantly surprised when they not only got back to me quickly, but they also sent me the missing accessory for free. The way they went out of their way to help me was really incredible, and I'm so thankful for their exceptional customer service.
