My tire order experience
Man, buying tires on my phone was a disaster! I reached out to support and they recommended clearing cookies and cache, but that didn't do the trick. Tried it on my iPad, same issue. Even attempted live chat, and they suggested clearing cookies and cache AGAIN. In the end, I just switched to my desktop to place the order. And wouldn't you know it, the installer didn't even have the tires yet! Got an email promising delivery by 8 pm, only to find out they were sent to the wrong spot and I gotta wait until Monday. What a nightmare!
