Hamsa necklace purchase
I bought a Hamsa necklace from this company not too long ago and man, was I let down by the quality of it! When it arrived, the necklace was all scratched up and looking kind of old and dingy. Definitely not worth what I shelled out for it, that's for sure. I reached out to customer service to send it back, but they wouldn't give me my money back for the stocking fee. And get this - they tried to tell me that all I needed to do was polish it and the scratches would disappear. But come on, why should I settle for a crummy product to begin with? It's just not right.
