The customer service was great and I thought the item was a good deal. I'll definitely be coming back to see what else they have on sale and any new items they get in stock.
Gold bracelet stack purchase
I just bought a stack of three gold bead bracelets from this company, thinking they'd be nice and durable. But man, was I let down. Turns out, these bracelets start losing their gold coating as soon as they touch water. Can't even wear them in the shower or pool without ruining them. I shelled out over $200 for these, expecting way more. There are definitely better companies out there that give you more bang for your buck. I'd say skip this brand if you want jewelry that can handle everyday use.

I bought this bracelet for $440 at the store, and honestly, I was super let down by it. Even though it cost a lot, it looked so cheap and fragile. It was so thin, I was scared it would snap any second. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone who wants nice jewelry.

Definitely not worth what I shelled out for it, that's for sure. I reached out to customer service to send it back, but they wouldn't give me my money back for the stocking fee. And get this - they tried to tell me that all I needed to do was polish it and the scratches would disappear. But come on, why should I settle for a crummy product to begin with? It's just not right.

The "fine jewelry" I got was such a rip-off. It was fake and definitely not worth the high price tag. When I tried to return it, they hit me with a "all sales final" line.
