Expensive post earrings
The post on one of the expensive earrings I bought ended up breaking within a month. I tried contacting them through emails and phone calls several times, but they wouldn't replace it. Their response after 90 days was really rude and unhelpful. Their customer service was practically non-existent and they wouldn't stand behind their own product, which was just awful.
