Positive? Nice website and options to pick from. From there it’s simple. They take your money and you wait. And you wait some more. You may start to feel like you’ve been caught up in a scam (you have). So you call customer service and don’t receive a response. You send an email and might get a vague reply in a week. The chair finally arrives. It is IKEA in quality but not as comfortable. The ottoman? It never came. After multiple attempts at dealing with the situation I am now shipping back the chair at my coat for packaging and shipping and they will hopefully refund me (after further gauging me a restocking fee). Honestly, the stuff is made in China. Save yourself the grief and go to Wayfair. It’s Chinese knockoffs. What a scam.
