Amazing stay at a fancy hotel
I recently stayed at this awesome hotel that was close to a canal, the city, and trains. The staff there were so friendly and made me feel really welcome. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelet made by the chef. They also had a buffet for all you buffet fans. Angie and the team in the breakfast room were super nice and made sure everyone had a great experience. I noticed other guests having a great time as well. I definitely suggest checking out this place if you're in the city.

Recent purchase experience
I've always liked the stuff I've gotten from this company, but my last purchase really disappointed me. I tried using two promo codes - one for a good deal and one for new customers - thinking I'd get both discounts. Turns out, one code canceled out the other, leaving me with just a tiny £10 off instead of the £92 I thought I was getting. When I contacted customer service, they just told me to read the fine print - definitely not the helpful service I was hoping for. It's frustrating that the company wasn't clearer about how their promo codes work together.
