Black jeans and a floral top
I got these black jeans and a floral top from that store and man, I am so disappointed. They're like, terrible quality. I wore the jeans one time and they literally fell apart on me! And the top? It's already fading after one wash. I used up all my allowance on this stuff and now I'm stuck with garbage. Ugh, never shopping there again, peace out!

Trainers with poor quality
I recently bought a new pair of sneakers and I was super bummed about how bad they turned out to be. I wore them only a few times and noticed a hole starting to form on the right toe. I reached out to Customer Service right away to let them know, but they said there was nothing wrong with the shoes. Even when I argued with them, they wouldn't give me a refund. I asked for a label to send them back for a better look, but they said no. All they offered was $20 and to close the case. To make things worse, two weeks later, the left shoe also got holes. They only wanted to give me another $20. These shoes were not cheap, so I was really surprised by how bad they were and how little they cared about helping me out. I should've checked the reviews first, and now I'm thinking about reporting them to Trading Standards.
