Online purchase refund delay
I bought something online and asked for a refund, but it's been 6 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. Dealing with customer service has been a real hassle - I've had to reach out to them three times already. If I had to do it over again, I'd rather shell out extra money and go with Amazon or a more dependable platform. It's really frustrating to see refunds taking so long to process, especially since other folks are dealing with the same problem.
