Although we had a rocky start trying to contact Sage customer service, they came through and helped me in a great way. I had just upgraded to a new sage product and I had lost all our invoicing templates. I contacted Sage customer support, via phone, for technical assistance on how to retrieve the missing invoicing template, and they were able to assist. I was impressed by Sage's customer service, they are knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. Took them several hours to finally retrieve the invoicing templates -all this was done remotely. Impressive service. I hope I won't lose the templates again on my next upgrade.
