Shoes purchased in Spain
I just bought a new pair of shoes when I was in Spain, and when I got back to the UK, turns out they didn't fit right. I reached out to customer service and they handled it super fast, giving me a full refund. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality and service I got from them.
