Brava oven
I am still learning all the things I can do with this oven. I like it’s versatility. I advise against buying the the chef’s pan which weighs more than 10 lbs. when the recipe called for the lid to be removed and the lasagna to be returned I burned my hand trying to maneuver the very hot pan.
