Trial subscription, auto-renewal issue
My experience with the trial subscription and auto-renewal process was really disappointing. Like a lot of people, I thought I was just signing up for a free trial through another service, but then I ended up getting stuck in a year-long subscription without even realizing it. The auto-renewal thing caught me off guard because nobody told me about it, and I ended up seeing unexpected charges on my credit card. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they took forever to get back to me and didn't really help at all. They said they sent me a reminder about the renewal, but I couldn't find any trace of that email in my inbox. These kinds of practices seem pretty shady and scammy to me, and I think the company needs to be held accountable for being so sneaky and sketchy with their billing.
