Affordable gift purchase
I just bought something from this online store because the prices were good. But man, I was so disappointed with how long it took for my order to arrive - 10 days later than they said it would. And on top of that, I couldn't even figure out how to cancel it once I knew it wouldn't make it on time. By the time it finally showed up, I had already bought the same thing from a different company. And then they had the nerve to charge me £8 for return shipping, even though the delay wasn't my fault. It's just frustrating dealing with a company that lures you in with low prices but can't get it together to deliver on time.

Purchased two blouses online
I bought two blouses online not too long ago. Unfortunately, they didn't work out so I had to send them back. Problem is, even though I went through the return process a while back, I still haven't gotten my refund. I've tried reaching out to customer service by email and phone, but haven't heard anything back. This lack of communication and delay in getting my money back has really left me feeling frustrated with the whole situation.
