I just had a problem with a coupon code not working at the French pharmacy, but they fixed it right away by telling me they would refund the discount amount to my original payment method even though I had already ordered. Their customer service was amazing and shows how reliable and trustworthy they are. It's rare to see a company go the extra mile like this, especially when dealing with customer complaints. I was really happy and grateful to see the discount back on my card and receive all of my skincare products in perfect condition.
