Online purchase of a product for a gift
I just bought a gift online from this store's website. It was supposed to be delivered by Seur, but there's been a problem with the delivery. They say they dropped it off, but I never got it! I've tried contacting them, but no one will tell me where it went. It's been a whole week now and I still don't have the gift for my girlfriend. To top it off, now they're selling the same thing for cheaper! The customer service has been slow and not very helpful. They keep saying they'll fix it soon, but who knows. This whole thing has me feeling frustrated and not so sure about this store anymore.
