    Recent return experience

    I had a pretty frustrating time dealing with customer service while trying to return something. No one was picking up the phones, the email responses I got were all automated, and the chat feature was seriously lacking. It's been over a month now, and my return still hasn't been sorted out. I gave them a tracking number, but they said they couldn't find any info about it, even though I had just checked and it was there. This problem seems to have been going on since 2018. They gave me a "smart label" for the return, but when I talked to USPS, turns out that's just a normal thing companies do for returns. My return package is just hanging out at USPS because the company hasn't come to pick it up. They've said they're short-staffed and can't give me any updates, but they're still handling orders. I have no idea when or if I'll ever get my money back. Other customers have complained about similar delays even before the whole pandemic mess, which makes me wonder how efficient they really are.
