Ash holder attachment and all purpose seasoning
As someone who's been using the Pit Barrel Cooker for a while now, I gotta say, that ash holder attachment is a total game-changer when it comes to convenience. It tackles the one big issue with the cooker - not having to lug the whole thing to dump out the ashes. I've seen other reviews saying this should be included standard with the cooker, and I gotta agree. But I get it, it might raise the price above that $300 mark. Along with the attachment, I also picked up the all-purpose seasoning in a nice 2.5-pound size. That's gonna last me most of the year, so definitely worth the investment. Overall, I highly recommend both of these products without any hesitation.
