    Engagement ring order

    I just got engaged and bought a ring, but ran into a snag when the company changed the delivery date on me 24 hours later. Even though the ring was out of stock and I had to wait 3 weeks, they wouldn't let me cancel. The customer service was terrible - they said I missed the 60-minute window to cancel. It was really frustrating to deal with such rigidity and lack of empathy on a purchase as important as an engagement ring.
