Meal order mix-up
I just ordered some meals and got the wrong ones – talk about frustrating! I had picked out exactly what I wanted, so this mix-up really got on my nerves. What bothered me even more was that the problem wasn't fixed until I contacted them about it. They should've fixed it without me having to do a thing. On top of all that, they changed the whole website between my last order and this one. Now they don't have the healthy breakfast options I used to enjoy, and I can't even customize my meals anymore. The lack of consistency and reliability is really putting a damper on my whole experience.
