Funimation subscription
My experience with Funimation has been really disappointing. I paid for a subscription to watch their stuff, but I ran into a bunch of problems. The service wasn't doing what I thought it would, and when I tried to get help from customer support, I didn't hear back for two whole weeks. It was super frustrating not getting any help, and I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer. I thought maybe things would get better when Crunchyroll took over, but sadly, that wasn't the case. I'd tell other people to be careful about using this service.
