Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience as a customer of this store. Gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the service I got. I bought a pair of shoes on 02/01 but didn't get them until 09/01, which was way longer than I expected. Then, on 13/01, I had to return a pair of trainers via UPS. The whole process of trying to get a refund was not great. I talked to a few different people on the phone, and they all told me different things about my refund. One person said they saw the shoes in the warehouse, another said they hadn't received them. They all said the refund would be processed last week, but here I am still waiting for it. The lack of consistency and follow-through has been really frustrating and has left me feeling pretty dissatisfied as a customer.
