I've been getting deliveries from this company every few months, but I only got two packages so far. They keep charging my account, but when I called customer service, they just gave me a bunch of vague excuses about COVID-19 delays and said my order got sent back. I'm really not happy with how unreliable they've been, it's totally unacceptable. I'm very disappointed with the service I've received from this company.
