An Impressive Eco-Friendly Laundry Experience with Tru Earth
I have been a loyal customer of Tru Earth for over a year now and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of their eco-friendly laundry detergents. I've been getting deliveries from this company every few months, but I only got two packages so far. They keep charging my account, but when I called customer service, they just gave me a bunch of vague excuses about COVID-19 delays and said my order got sent back. I'm really not happy with how unreliable they've been, it's totally unacceptable. I'm very disappointed with the service I've received from this company.
Unwanted items sent after cancellation
Sorry, but my time dealing with this company wasn't great. I bought something on their site, then changed my mind soon after. I got an email confirming that it was canceled, but then I got the items in the mail anyway - not just once, but twice. And it's even more annoying that they don't have many ways to get in touch with them besides their website, so I don't have any proof of our talks.
Laundry detergent
So, you know, I wanted to check out their laundry detergent, ya feel me? But now my inbox is getting flooded with all this spam, like, no thank you! I just wanted the detergent, not a never-ending stream of useless emails. And when I reached out to them to ask them to stop, it was like talking to a wall. Not cool at all, man.
