Missing delivery issue
I had a problem with missing my delivery when I went to get it. But let me tell you, the dude Jacob at the spot in Lubbock, Texas, totally rocked it. He took care of everything like a champ - got a new delivery headed my way quick and even tossed in some extra cupcakes as a sweet touch. Jacob's customer service game was top-notch, seriously went above and beyond. I'm super happy with how it all turned out. Big thanks to Jacob for sorting things out so smoothly and making sure I was good to go. Respect.
