    C400-XT headset

    I bought a C400-XT headset back in January and had some trouble when I tried to update it. The headset actually shut down while I was updating it and would not turn back on. I got in touch with customer service right away for help and I have to say, I was impressed with the amazing service I got. Melanie, the representative I spoke with, was super helpful and fixed my issue quickly. She asked for the info she needed and got a replacement headset sent out the very next day. I really appreciate the fast and helpful support from the customer care team at Jabra.
