Damaged sign with excessive empty space
I was really let down by my latest purchase from this company. The sign I got was messed up, had extra space at the top and bottom that wasn't needed. When I reached out to customer service about it, the response was not great. The lady I talked to only gave me half my money back, which I thought was not enough for the damage and sizing mistake. I was hoping for better service and solutions from a company like this. The whole thing just didn't sit well with me, and I won't be shopping here again.
