Recent online purchase
After I bought something online recently, I had some problems with my order. I emailed customer service for help, but the response I got wasn't great. The customer service team wasn't very helpful overall. I tried to fix a problem with a refund that seemed to disappear, but I just ended up feeling annoyed and let down by the service. Other people had similar experiences, so it looks like the company's customer service needs some work.
