    I bought this skirt from the store, and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the quality. I mean, I only had it on for like an hour when a hole showed up because of some shoddy stitching. And let me tell you, the price I paid did not match the quality at all. I tried to reach out to customer service about it, but it's been 7 weeks and still no solution. This lack of help from such a big brand is just not right.

    I've been dealing with a real headache trying to get a refund for a gift card. Can you believe I still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone from the company to help me out? It's frustrating how poorly organized and unresponsive they are. On top of that, I had to fork out extra cash just to use the gift card, and now it looks like I won't even get a refund for that extra amount. So aggravating!

    After I bought something online recently, I had some problems with my order. I emailed customer service for help, but the response I got wasn't great. Even though I gave them proof that Royal Mail delivered it and showed them my receipt, they still haven't given me my money back.     Return/Exchange Policy

    As a loyal customer, I was really let down by how inflexible the return/exchange policy was during the lockdown. Other stores were being understanding and giving more time for returns and exchanges because of everything going on, but Topshop didn't step up. The customer service team didn't seem to care about my worries and didn't offer any good solutions. It's just sad to see customers not being thought about during tough times like this.

    I bought a pair of jeans in early October of last year. It took a whole month to ship, and I had to email them to check on the order. The communication was pretty bad, they didn't have a phone number to call and the emails seemed like they were automated. When the package finally arrived, they sent me the wrong item. I sent it back right away, but it's now late January and I still haven't gotten my refund. All in all, it was a really frustrating experience that ended up wasting my time and money.

    I bought a bunch of clothes from this company for more than $300 recently, but honestly, it's been a huge letdown. I got a confirmation email for my order and then the company merged with ASOS without even telling me. I only found out about it on February 3rd through an email. I tried to check where my stuff was, but the website was down. And when I tried to return something, the link they gave me didn't work either. It just felt really unorganized and unprofessional. I'm disappointed with how they handled everything and wish they were more transparent and had better customer service.

    Lost orders, lack of communication

    I bought some stuff from this store recently, but it looks like they lost both of my orders. The first one never showed up, and after bugging them for weeks, all I got was a gift card. I ordered something else with next day delivery, but it's also missing now. I've been trying to reach customer service, but they're not answering me.
