Face masks and hand sanitizers
I had such a bad experience with the customer service at this store. I ordered face masks and hand sanitizers online and the staff was just terrible – not professional at all and communication was lacking. The ordering process was so confusing, and the website was way too hard to navigate. Every time I reached out for help, I got useless answers and no one seemed to take my concerns seriously. The prices were alright, but with such poor service, it just wasn't worth it in the end. The delivery took forever, and when my package finally arrived, some of my stuff was damaged. Overall, I'm really let down by how things went and I definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

The customer service folks were super helpful and answered all my questions. Plus, the interest rates were fair and the repayment options were pretty flexible. Cool phone case
I bought this super awesome phone case and it was amazing! But then it started sagging on the sides. So, I decided to shoot them an email about it and guess what? They sent me a new one the very next day. The new case fits perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I was really impressed with how fast and helpful they were. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Recent pet medication purchase
I recently bought some pet meds from EntirelyPets Pharmacy, but man, did I run into some serious problems with them. My order got delayed because they said my vet never responded to their prescription request, but my vet was like "uh, I never got anything from them." It really bothered me how they didn't take responsibility for the mix-up. And don't even get me started on trying to talk to a real person at their customer service - it was like mission impossible. Just a heads up, I wouldn't recommend relying on EntirelyPets Pharmacy for your fur babies after all the headaches I went through with them.

I decided to splurge on a custom skincare routine after seeing the ad pop up a bunch of times, and I gotta say, I'm loving it. Been using the products for a few months now, starting with the second batch. Having just three products that target my specific skin issues is super cool and easy. My skin's looking and feeling better, folks have even noticed and complimented me on my natural glow - no makeup needed! The day and night creams feel amazing and a little goes a long way. Only downside is the cleanser doesn't really foam, so I have to double up with makeup remover, especially for my eyes. Wish there was an all-in-one that could handle everything. Loving the personalized product info cards that come with each delivery, it's a nice touch. Overall, super happy with my subscription to this skincare routine!
