I had such a bad experience with the customer service at this store. I ordered face masks and hand sanitizers online and the staff was just terrible – not professional at all and communication was lacking. The ordering process was so confusing, and the website was way too hard to navigate. Every time I reached out for help, I got useless answers and no one seemed to take my concerns seriously. The prices were alright, but with such poor service, it just wasn't worth it in the end. The delivery took forever, and when my package finally arrived, some of my stuff was damaged. Overall, I'm really let down by how things went and I definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

My experience with Les Belles was kind of a rollercoaster. I was excited to receive my package, but one pair was missing. It was a hassle to get a hold of customer service, but they eventually helped me out. Unfortunately, when I wore one of the pairs, it ripped unexpectedly. I reached out to customer service again, but didn't hear back. Despite all this, the products were really comfy and fit well. I'm torn about how I feel - the quality was good, but the lack of durability and poor customer service make me unsure about buying from them again.

I decided to splurge on a custom skincare routine after seeing the ad pop up a bunch of times, and I gotta say, I'm loving it. Been using the products for a few months now, starting with the second batch. Having just three products that target my specific skin issues is super cool and easy. My skin's looking and feeling better, folks have even noticed and complimented me on my natural glow - no makeup needed! The day and night creams feel amazing and a little goes a long way.
