Custom map print
I had a frustrating experience with my order. I had issues with my custom map print and they told me to destroy the prints and send a picture for a refund. After a few tries and not being sure how it would all work out, they finally assured me I'd get a full refund. But when I checked on the refund after sending the photos, I didn't hear back from the company at all. I was worried about the $300 I had spent and felt like I was in the dark. However, without any more communication from Grafomap, my money was refunded within 5 days. It was a mixed experience that made me wonder about their customer service and how they handle communication.
