Camping gear purchase
I recently bought a bunch of camping gear online to restock our family's supplies. But, I never got a confirmation email after I placed the order. So, the next day, I called customer service to check on my order, but the reps I talked to were not very helpful or friendly. They weren't mean or anything, just not great at customer service and not very nice. I live far away, so I only went with this company because they had good prices and an easy ordering system. But, the bad customer service experience really turned me off, so I might look at other places for my next purchase.
