Speedy delivery purchase
I bought a gift online and even shelled out some extra cash for quick delivery. But dang, it's been more than 10 days and still no sign of my package! The way they're handling things, or not handling things, is just plain ridiculous. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same by checking out a store like John Lewis for a much smoother experience.
