Vertical smoker
My new vertical smoker has been a total disaster. I shelled out 500 bucks for it, but haven't been able to get it working right at all. Dealing with all the problems has been a huge pain, and I'm super let down. I've spent way too much time on hold with customer service, only to get nowhere. And it took forever for the replacement parts to show up, so I couldn't even use the dang thing. This whole deal has been a total waste of my money and time.
