I thought PayPal would give me some protection
I ordered on FB (big mistake) 2 pairs shoes
It took 3 weeks to arrive, terrible quality, returned next day, insured.
Contact with company is ridiculous, offered up to $12.00 refund.
These shoes are not in the least orthopedic and the heels are so loose the shoes don't stay on the foot. I paid for them and checked to see if I could return them. The seller offered me $5 at first. The return address on the package was US, so I sent them to the NY address, to no avail. Insurance did not pay.
