Sneakers for husband
I bought some sneakers from Oliver Cabell for my husband, but they came in the wrong size. I contacted their customer service team and let me tell you, they were amazing. Julie was the one who helped me out, and she was so quick to reply and ready to help with the exchange. She kept me updated and was super friendly and professional. The exchange was a breeze because she sent me a prepaid label for the return right away and got the exchange order processed as soon as the return was on the way. I really want to thank Julie for being so on top of things and handling my problem so well.
