Sneakers for husband
I bought some sneakers from Oliver Cabell for my husband, but they came in the wrong size. I contacted their customer service team and let me tell you, they were amazing. Julie was the one who helped me out, and she was so quick to reply and ready to help with the exchange. She kept me updated and was super friendly and professional. The exchange was a breeze because she sent me a prepaid label for the return right away and got the exchange order processed as soon as the return was on the way. I really want to thank Julie for being so on top of things and handling my problem so well.
Jabber High Sneakers Size Issue
I had such a nightmare trying to get the right size for my Jabber High sneakers from this place. I had to keep sending them back and forth multiple times, and man, it felt like it was never going to end. But you know what? The customer service really came through and was surprisingly helpful through the whole frustrating ordeal. I was both annoyed and relieved, gotta admit.
Pre-order sneakers
I was so excited to get my hands on two awesome pairs of sneakers, but turns out it was just a pre-sale. I had to wait what felt like forever to actually get them. But luckily, their customer support was great and hooked me up with a replacement just in time for my trip. So I guess everything worked out in the end!
My new kicks for my bro!
I got these sneakers for my brother's birthday, but I accidentally ordered the wrong size - ended up with a women's pair instead of men's. Facepalm moment for sure! But the store folks were awesome about it, they understood and helped me out fast. Big thanks to them!
Super comfy shoes
These shoes are amazing! They're so comfortable and stylish, and they go with everything I wear. The customer service was awesome, they really took care of me on my first order - I would definitely recommend them 100%.
Shoes for upcoming trip
I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I bought a pair of shoes for an upcoming trip, but I still haven't gotten them. I reached out to customer service twice on Instagram, and they asked for my tracking number, which I gave them right away. But since then, I haven't heard anything back, just left on "seen" with no updates on my order. It's frustrating to see the website promise delivery in 3-8 days, yet here I am, still waiting for my shoes with no end in sight. I just wish this company would be more honest and actually deliver on their promises.
Small shoes purchase
So hey, I had these shoes that were like way too small. But then this girl Jazmin totally hooked me up and gave me a refund really quick after I sent them back. The shoes were super comfy, I definitely suggest checking them out!
