Seat covers purchase
I just bought some seat covers from this website and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised with how everything went down. I was a bit worried at first because I read some bad reviews online, but I went for it anyway. Turns out, I was totally wrong to doubt them! I placed my order on Nov 16th and got it on Nov 24th, super fast! The seat covers were exactly what I was looking for, and they were top-notch quality. I even double-checked the tracking number with the carrier, and it was all good. I'm really happy with my purchase and how quickly it got to me.

Coffee table and accent table
So, I purchased a coffee table and an accent table online back in February, right? I was really excited because they were going to look great in my room. But then they informed me it would take 12 weeks to deliver. TWELVE WEEKS! That feels like forever. I tried to be patient and waited. Then I received an email saying the delivery wouldn't happen until May. What?! Now they're telling me I have to wait until AUGUST! Like, come on, 6 and a half months for two tables? That's just insane. I reached out to them for a refund because this is taking way too long. Hopefully, I hear back from them soon!

Man, I thought these t-shirts were gonna be top-notch and last me forever. Nope, they're total garbage and definitely not environmentally friendly. The company straight-up lied about the quality and totally ripped me off. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them!

Bought shoes, returned due to sizing issue
So, I recently got these super cute shoes that I've been eyeing, but they turned out to be too small. I returned them, but the company actually deducted 10% from my refund for supposedly finding scratches on the soles. It's so frustrating, I know the shoes were completely new. I checked their policy and there was no mention of this happening. They need to resolve this soon or they can forget about me shopping there again. However, at least the shoes came on time and my return was handled fairly fast, so I guess that's a positive.

Ticket purchase issue
I just bought tickets through this platform and spent a lot of money. But the tickets never showed up like they were supposed to, and it was really frustrating. I tried reaching out to the company to fix it, but they didn't communicate well and didn't help at all. I was thinking of selling the tickets, but I ended up having to take legal action because the company was so unprofessional and misleading.

Fraudulent charges
I signed up for a free trial, canceled it, and I still got charged. I tried to contact them several times through email but didn't hear back. They only seemed to respond when my credit card company stepped in. They didn't even apologize, just issued a refund, but it felt forced.

Ordered 3x12 jute runner. Received loosely stitched together squares that were uneven on sides and had holes in seams. Poor quality. Mailed in paper wrapper that could not be used for return. You pay return shipping for their poor quality and misrepresentation of product.

Poor quality clothing doesn't come close to fitting. Company seems to be a scam to rip people off. Ignore request for return address and refund for unwanted merchandise. No garment care instructions. This company needs to be put out of robbing people of their hard earned money.

samples
I placed this order more than one month ago and the samples haven't arrived. There is no phone number to call at Samplize, and phoning USPS doesn't help, because I cannot speak to an agent. According to the Tracking information, the samples are in Florida, at the same location they've been since they were shipped from Tennessee. There's been no movement. I live in Canada. I wouldn't order from this company again.
The samples arrived but were damaged. Unable to peel the paper away that separated the painted sheets. Such a disappointment. BUT the bigger disappointment is that no one is responding from my customer service requests. I’m really feeling duped. I was an interior designer for 25 years and recommended Samplize since their inception. That ends today.

I ordered from Bella wholesale on April 24th and on May 24th it will be a month since I have not received my stuff. I ordered over $200 worth of stuff. I spoke to a representative twice and all they’re telling me is that it’s still processing. It doesn’t take damn near a whole month to process. They told me to wait another 3-5 days or I can cancel, once they tell you that that means you ain’t getting it. Now I wonder if I’ll get my money back.
Did you get your order, how long was it? Also how is the clothes quality? hope to hear from you.

Scindapsus Silver Satin
One word for my two Satin Scindapsus - PATHETIC. Both arrived dried out completely, limp and wilted. The plants cost $32 each and were the size of my small fist - nothing like what was advertised on their website. My two plants consisted of single cuttings that looked hacked to death. No way was it a small lush vining plant. I have repotted them into my own pots in hopes that they will thrive and become the plants I was hoping for.

I ordered through a FB ad and It took a little longer than I would of liked, but had communication from AlphaDefence they running behind due to Covid19 and my other would ship in 7-10 days, from the email dated 4/4, my ordered was placed in late March, I get an email my ordered shipped on 4/10 and would be delivered by 4/18, so in light of the current situation, I’m good , will review the product once receive for quality
Retraction, order still not here, says in transit for weeks now

Looks like from reviewers that this is a scam. Wish I had checked before ordering anything from here. Only got confirmation and notice that they have already taken my money. This is supposed to be Vet run but why is product made in China. That wasn't told before hand. I want my product now not in 30 days. Shouldn't wait until ordered to tell us that. Originally said 3-5 days.

Try their chat. Or email yes it takes time but this is the o ky place where I don't need a prescription and the least expensive. I was been using them since Dec of 2019 and this is my 4th time ordering. I have a lot of dogs , well over 12 and medicine works great.
