Anime streaming service
I just tried their anime streaming service, and boy was it a complete disaster. Random episodes were missing from different shows, and the whole season of Overlord was just mysteriously gone. And let me tell you about their premium account mess - who knew you had to pay just to watch certain shows? The user interface is a mess, and forget about the app - it's somehow even worse than their already lousy website. And the fact that they merged with another company? That whole situation is a disaster, don't even get me started on it.
